I live in a retirement village (78) and was surprised at the great models WOW WE have. I bought the first model of the Defender and worked about a full week on it and to paint it too. It was such fun with all the precise detail and guidance to complete the model.
My second model I tried the Harley Davidson - this time with my thinking cap on. I had a bit of a struggle and phoned in for advice. Roelof (snr) and Roelof ( jnr) popped in to see what the problem is. Amazing to have people come and see why. The conclusion was: The sequence of building is important - that’s where you get the kick once you master it!!! Now that I have completed my Defender, I think to keep my models in the wood colour, and not miss on the beautiful artwork.
Thanks guys for the wonderful opportunity to see that there are such great caring people in this world that once again brought excitement into my life.
